GENERAL CONDITIONS

All prices displayed are VAT including and are excluded shipping costs.

 

Invoice.

Commercial sale invoice will be in paper form and will be included inside the package containing the ordered products.

 

Warranty.

All products proposed by MCR srl are covered by original manufacturer warranty of two years for lock of conformity within the meaning of LD 24/02.

Are not guaranteed the damages caused by misuse and we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of products we sell.

If you want to avail of warranty of a product purchased you have only to contact our customer service.

 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• MCR srl offer to its customers the money back warranty.

The law (d.leg. 206/2005) established a time to exercise the right of withdrawal, quantified in 14 days by the receipt of goods.

Take advantage from this warranty is simple, just read the following procedure: send an email to amministrazione@netwalk.it within 14 days by the receipt of the goods.

This communication must to contains the product’s code you want to return and Data Bank (IBAN CODE) of your account in order to allow any transfer.

Within ten days by the exercise of the withdrawal  right, the customer has to send the products to the following address:

The products should not have been used, they must to be in the same conditions as they were at the moment of the delivery, and returned in the original properly packed box, which should not be damaged outside in anyway.

Finally, note that in no event we will accept pack in cash or carriage.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal or returned goods, you can also choose between these possibilities:

1. Replacement of the goods with other similar or equal /greater amount.

2. Money refund (indicate the extremes of a bank account of postal, CIN, ABI, CAB CODE, Account number, account holder); The refund concerns product price (not shipping costs) and it will be made within 30 days by the receipt of the returned goods.

Shipping costs for the return are charged to customer.

Attention, products shipped outside the limits, without the requirements of the above, may not be refunded.

The amount will be deducted from the refund which will be made within 14 days by the receipt of the goods, under the conditions specified in General Information and issued along with the regular credit note.

Time and method of delivery in Italy

The goods should be delivered in 2/3 days by the moment of the order.

Mcr reserves a working day to procure the goods, package them and carry out the necessary administrative procedures.

Starting from this day you have to add the time taken by the courier to the delivery...time and modes vary depending on the courier used.

Not consider Saturday, Sunday, holiday and any other disruption force majeure such as natural disaster or strike accidents.

What to do at the delivery of goods

To make our service more efficient please control the packaging condition when you receive the goods.

If the package is damaged, please pick up the package with reserve, so near the signature you have to write “received with reserve – damaged package”.

If the package is severely damaged so as to have also caused damage to the contents inside, reject it and put on the shipping document “goods refused – damaged package”.

Any dispute must be raised immediately to the courier otherwise the product will be well delivered.

The invoice or bill, contained in the pocket outside the package , must be conserved as a valid document for the guarantee.

In cases where the recipient result repeatedly absent, in case the is provided a wrong or incomplete address or any other case that is note caused by our responsibility, and ultimately lead the opening of a stock, all additional costs will be charged to the customer.

 

BRT EXPRESS COURIER

Delivery is made within 48/72 hours ( 72 for Basilicata ,Calabria, Islands)

If requested, at the moment of the order, we can send an email to the customer with confirmation of departure from our warehouse.

With the reference wrote in this email, you can enter in the website www.brt.it and put order number in the appropriate field, in the home page.

On the other hand, if you are in a foreign country, you have to enter in DPD website, select your country and indicate your order number.

If no one is present at the moment of the delivery, the courier will leave a notice and will attempt the delivery the next day.

Product availability

Products in the website are all ready for delivery.

However, the customer acknowledges the remote possibility that at the time of the order, some article may not be longer available for sale.

In this case, after the order confirmation, MCR will inform the customer with an email and the order will be considered cancelled.

Your card details are managed by Paypal which is specialized in on-line payment. Information is encrypted using encryption systems which prevent the use by third parties and they are sent directly to our bank. Our staff is not able to see these details.

After the payment it’s possible to send the goods to another address different by order holder address.

The amount will be charged when the debits done and it will be accounted at the moment of the delivery.

If the item ordered cannot be dispatched, the amount will be automatically  accredited again.

The amount is accredited on our bank account after 3/5 working days.

If we haven’t receive the payment after 8/10 days, the order will  be eliminated.
