HOW TO DO TO FIND PRODUCTS ON THE WEB SITE?
In the home page we divided products in four categories MAN, WOMAN, CHILDREN and ACCESSORIEZ for a more simple selection.
The slides you see in the homepage indicate a subject (news, promotions, discount etc) and once you find the category you interest, choosing product and clicking on it, you will see details of the item with the main features and all the information about it.
In case you don't find the desired article, you can always contact us with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be glad to help you.
For a better research on the website, there is the possibility to put the name of what you want in “search” field in the home page.
WHAT IS THE CART?
Clicking on ADD TO CART you can start with your order.
The cart is the place where you put the chosen items waiting for purchase.
So, items in the cart, aren’t yet bought, but only selected.
Visiting the cart or following the purchase procedure you will have always the possibility to remove some items or go back to the web site to select other items to add.
Once selected the cart, you can see the choice made and you can control the total price of the order, including transport charges and other charges if due, net of discounts, promotions, vouchers or gift certificates, if enabled.
All prices in the cart and in Netwalk website including 22% VAT.
I HAVE TO WAIT IF I PAY WITH BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, you have.
Only with this type of payment you have to wait that we control if the ordered goods are available.
So, we send you and email as soon as possible, to confirm or cancel your order.
In case you have just paid before the confirmation of availability, MCR will reimburse you the amount net of Bank charges.
The data for the bank transfer will be requested at the customer by email.
HOW I AM PROTECTED IN EVENT OF PROBLEM WITH THE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS?
If the package is damaged, please pick up the package with reserve, so near the signature you have to write “received with reserve – damaged package”.
If the package is severely damaged so as to have also caused damage to the contents inside, reject it and put on the shipping document “goods refused – damaged package”.
Any dispute must be raised immediately to the courier otherwise the product will be well delivered.
The invoice or bill, contained in the pocket outside the package, must be conserved as a valid document for the guarantee.
If the recipient result repeatedly absent, there is a wrong or incomplete address or any other case that is note caused by our responsibility, and ultimately lead the opening of a stock, all additional costs will be charged to the customer.

In summer we are usually closed from August, 15th to August, 17th.
The closing day does not exist, except Sunday.
In periods ranging from July, 15th to September, 15th and the periods ranging from January, 15th to March, 15th , we are closed on Thursday afternoon.
IF I AM NOT SATISFIED BY THE GOODS RECEIVED?
Each order will be processed with the invoice, put in the package.
This is the document which will be valid as document proving the guarantee validity.
MCR srl offers to its customer the money back warranty.
If you will not be satisfied by the received goods, you can return it back.
The law (d.leg. 185/99) established a time to exercise the right of withdrawal, quantified in 10 days by the receipt of goods.
Take advantage from this warranty is simple, just read the following procedure: send an email to email@example.com within 10 days by the receipt of the goods.
This communication must to contains the product’s code you want to return and Data Bank (IBAN CODE) of your account in order to allow any transfer.
Within ten days by the exercise of the withdrawal right, the customer has to send the products to the following address:

The products should not have been used, they must to be in the same conditions as they were at the moment of the delivery, and returned in the original properly packed box, which should not be damaged outside in anyway.
Finally, note that in no event we will accept pack in cash or carriage.
Method of exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal or returned goods, you can also choose between these possibilities:
• Replacement of the goods with other goods at equal or greater amount.
• Refund of the money (indicate the extremes of a bank or postal account, CIN, ABI, CAB CODE, Account number, account holder); Refund concerns product's price (not shipping costs) and it will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping costs for the return are charged to customer.
Products shipped outside the limits, without the requirements of the above may not be refunded.

Return goods service of BRT arrive immediately at your home.
With an expense of € 7,50 we send the courier directly to you.
*For areas with an increase of transport costs (disadvantaged ZIP) (read the following LINK ) we have to add an amount of € 8,00, so you pay a total of € 15,00.
*For areas with transport costs increase like Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, we have to add the sum of € 10,00, which became € 17,00 in total.
The amount will be deducted from the refund which will be made within 15 days by the receipt of the goods, under the conditions specified in General Information and issued along with the regular credit note.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
When the goods arrive at our warehouse , they will be examined to consider any damage of tampering not caused by transport, and after all controls we will proceed with the refund of the money.
You can have a reimburse indicating the data of a bank account, IBAN, account number, CIN CODE, CAB CODE, ABI CODE.
The reimburse concern the product price net of any stock charges, other charges of return with BRT , etc..
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

AT WHICH COURIER IS MY DELIVERY ASSIGNED?
The delivery is usually assigned to BRT and in 2/3 working days you should receive the goods.
For foreign countries the shipping is entrusted to DPD.
Courier assure us more safety and reliability in shipping destination.
WHAT HAPPENS, IF PRODUCTS I ORDERED ARE NOT AVAILABLE?
Products in the website are all ready for delivery.
However, the customer acknowledges the remote possibility that, at the time of the order, some article may not be longer available for sale.
In this case, after the order confirmation, MCR will inform the customer with an email and the order will be considered cancelled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AT THE DELIVERY TIME THE COURIER CAN NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE?
If the package is not delivered because the recipient is absent or for any other reason, there will be another attempt of free delivery within 3 days.
If, even in this case, the customer is absent, the order will be put on stock.
In this case Netwalk will do everything possible to contact the customer and complete the delivery.
By the 4th day of stock, all relative costs will be charged to the customer.

Newsletter is a periodic collection of information which we’ll send by email only to customers registered, and we give them informations about our products.

Editor addition of information about products already existing, variations of price list, special offers and discount coupon only for registered customers.
